Douglas – Two Opeongo High School (OHS) athletes who have both earned the school’s coveted Most Outstanding Athlete Award on two occasions, have been awarded scholarships to pursue their respective sports at the post-secondary level.
Micksburg native Will Egan is off to Oshawa this fall where he has received an athletic scholarship from Durham College, while Douglas-area native, Erin Sweeney is headed to North Carolina where she was awarded a full scholarship from Queen’s University at Charlotte…
