Using a universal application, students in the Springfield region can apply for $1.7 million in scholarships through the Community Foundation of the Ozarks.
The application is a comprehensive online form with a series of questions unique to each student. This is available to graduating high school seniors plus college undergraduates and students in technical and graduate programs.
Based on responses, students will be paired with eligible scholarship options.
The application deadline is Sunday, March 16.
Scholarship amounts range from $200 to $10,000 and many are renewable for two to four years.
The CFO, and its regional affiliate foundations, oversee about 450 scholarship endowments that provide nearly 950 scholarships for students across central and southern Missouri for the 2025-26 year.
Scholarship endowments can be established with a minimum of $25,000 by individuals, families or organizations with a range of focuses, such as supporting students who graduate from the donor’s alma mater or those who pursue a certain field of study.
Information for both donors and students is available at cfozarks.org/scholarships.
