Starkville Academy baseball player Major Smith, seated right, celebrated his signing with Meridian Community College on Thursday morning at the Springer Center on campus and was supported by family, friends and coaches.
Major Smith will be taking his baseball ability to the next level at Meridian Community College and he celebrated that move at the Springer Center.
After being recruited by the Eagles since his freshman season with the Vols, Smith was happy to make joining the program official.
