The announced scholarships offered to Thompson School District students through the foundation and its partners.
Within the district, 91 scholarships awards worth $240,182 were offered to graduating seniors to support their postsecondary education plans.
Another $117,000 scholarship renewals were distributed to 42 students who have attended a year or more of postsecondary education.
The following scholarships were announced:
• Bob Ball Track & Field Scholarship: Anders Johnson and Elena Torres of Loveland High School.
• Christine-Lewis Hastings Memorial Scholarship: Hannah Prindiville of Loveland High School.
• Clarence W. McCauley & Juanita L. McCauley Scholarship: Aryana Landis of Mountain View High School; Conner Larrew of Loveland Classical School; and Hazel Daly of Loveland High School.
• Doyle & Luvesta Frances Jones Scholarship: Connor Jorrisen, Jaci Taylor, Kailey Guzman and Seth Jacob of Berthoud High School.
• Erna & Neil Mentzer Music Scholarship: Arie Dekkers of Loveland High School.
• Follow You Dream Scholarship: Anna Tobey of Thompson Valley High School; Kimberly Castaneda-Prieto of Mountain View High School; and William Santana of Loveland High School.
• Ford Scholarship: Elizabeth DeClement of Loveland High School and Peter Swing of Loveland Classical School.
• Jabaily Community Service Scholarship: Lizette Rodriguez of Thompson Valley High School; Lorenia Flores-Gamez of Mountain View High School; and Nayelli Rodriguez of Thompson Valley High School.
• Kathryn Propp Memorial Scholarship: Aiden Hurst, Emma Baldwin and Hannah Almstead of Loveland High School and Marguerite Chase of Mountain View High School.
• Law Office of McFarland & Lord Scholarship: Phoebe Jones of Berthoud High School.
• Lehigh Memorial Women’s Golf Scholarship: Savannah Klenk of Loveland High School.
• Loveland Big Thompson Kiwanis Scholarship: Hazel Daly of Loveland High School and Peter Swing of Loveland Classical School.
• Loveland Golden K Kiwanis Foundation Scholarship: Booker West and Ethan Sutton of Thompson Valley High School.
• Loveland Philo Scholarship: Connor Jorrisen of Berthoud High School and Jaden Jorgenson of Loveland Classical School.
