HUNTSVILLE, Ala. (WAFF) – The Hartselle Tigers High School baseball program has a legacy unlike any other in the State of Alabama. Countless State Baseball Championships, along with numerous players playing baseball at the next level.
Three more Tigers players signed scholarships as the program enters into the 2025 baseball season.
Easton Nelms, Jace Meadows, and Ty Marsh all signed letters of intent to continue their baseball careers at the next level.
“Even if Samford were three thousand miles away I’d still pick that school,” Nelms said after signing with the Samford Bulldogs. “I fell in love with it as soon as i got there, but being close to home is a good thing.”
“It’s a great feeling to finally celebrate something I’ve worked so hard for,” Meadows said after signing with with Alabama-Huntsville. “And I’m really glad that I was able to do it with Ty (Marsh) and Jace (Nelms).”
“It was really pretty. Great campus, good community feel,” Marsh said after signing with Western Kentucky University. “It felt like home, and their facilities are on the rise, and should be done when I’m a freshman, so that was enticing as well.”
